444ll Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

By accessing, registering an account on, or using the 444ll platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"), our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices published on the Platform. These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 444ll ("the Company").

If you do not agree to these T&C in their entirety, you must immediately stop using the Platform. The Company reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C.

To register and use the 444ll Platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• The Company is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

444ll accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladesh mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The Company does not accept cash, cheques, international credit or debit cards, or cryptocurrency. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are subject to standard identity verification in accordance with the Company's KYC procedures. The Company reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests and the procedures of the payment provider.

You may only withdraw funds to a mobile wallet account registered in your own name that was used for the purpose of depositing funds. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

The Company collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the Platform and incorporated into these T&C by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Company uses your personal data to administer your account, process transactions, verify your identity, detect fraud and prohibited conduct, and comply with applicable legal obligations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Company shall not be responsible for any loss arising from technical faults, network outages, or interruptions to third-party payment services outside the Company's reasonable control.

The Company reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, the Company will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are significant, the Company may provide additional notice via your registered mobile number or within the Platform interface. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised T&C constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. If you do not agree to the revised T&C you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting player support.

You may close your 444ll account at any time by contacting player support through the official support channel. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, the Company will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests for any remaining balance before closing the account, subject to these T&C. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these T&C, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the Company, other players, or the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed for breach, any bonus balance or winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits not connected to prohibited activity will be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements.
